How much do I get paid and when do I get paid?
The contracted tent operator is paid at a rate of $110 per day for the duration of the sale. Tent operators will be paid at the end of the sale, once all sales figures and deposits are verified.
How do I find my extra help/team, and how do I pay them?
Most of our operators have friends, family members or students to help them. How often you use them is up to your discretion. You may wish to use your additional help to set up, close down or provide you with a break during the sale. You will also need someone with you all day on July 3rd and the 4th. PPI Michigan, LLC will provide you with $300.00 to pay your extra help.
How will I know how to set up, operate and close down my tent sale?
PPI Michigan, LLC will provide you with a "How To" handbook with easy to understand, step by step instructions. You will also have an area sales manager that will train and assist you throughout your entire tent sale. There will be a general training session prior to opening day.
What do I do with the merchandise at night?
PPI Michigan, LLC will provide a storage container where you will lock up your merchandise each night.
What do I do with the daily sales receipts?
You will deposit your daily sales into the bank account we assign to you. Deposits will be made each morning and deposits slips will be attached to the "How To" handbook that we supply. This book will be collected at the conclusion of the sale to verify all deposits.
What are the dates of the tent sale?
The fireworks tent sale will be open for business June 21st through July 6th. Tent operators have the opportunity to earn extra money for any additional days worked. Inquire about our presale & post sale programs.
How will I explain what each product does?
PPI Michigan, LLC will provide you with price cards that have a short description of each item.
